Cordless drill-compatible strap winder for 5/10-tonne lashing straps. Improved version handles up to 30 m of heavy webbing. Built for industrial use.

Use the strap winder with a cordless drill (Ø10 mm shaft). Recommended drill maximum winding speed 400 RPM (!)

Detailed description

● Strap winder developed for heavy-duty work:
⎯ Made entirely of stainless steel and high-grade aluminium
⎯ Unbreakable steering pins made in stainless steel made for heavy-duty use
⎯ Roll up heavy, wet and dirty webbing in a few seconds
⎯ Based on the original, protected Dynello® design with over 10 years of industrial testing

● Enhanced use for large types of webbing:
⎯ Unbreakable steering pins made in stainless steel made for heavy-duty use
⎯ Suited for 50mm and 75mm wide webbing due to its 75mm long strap-steer pins
⎯ Fits all medium-sized cordless drills with Ø10 mm shaft insert
⎯ Adjust the torque using the cordless drill's torque control to ensure that the webbing is properly tightened

● Improved winding-shaft design:
⎯ New 'duck-mouth'-designed winding shaft for easy insert of webbing
⎯ CNC precision machined parts
⎯ The winding shaft is designed to facilitate easy removal of the coiled webbing
⎯ Fitted with two ultra-low friction igus® shims for frictionless strap winding

● The Dynello® signature strap-steer straightens out twisted straps:
⎯ The strap-steer provides sturdy control of the webbing, offering a nicely aligned roll of webbing
⎯ Guide-pins made in AISI 306 stainless steel for maximum toughness 
⎯ Made from impact-resistant materials to ensure many years of use
⎯ Guide pins interchangeable with other 50mm/100mm length variants (on request) for wider strap applications
