Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Union Pay and PayPal. We use an encrypted and secure SSL connection and only PBS can read your information. Neither our company nor any others will be able to read or retract your complete payment data. For sales within the EU our prices are inclusive of VAT, however, the prices are not inclusive of VAT for customers outside of the EU (unless otherwise stated at checkout). Prices also do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at the end of the sale. Some countries have local import taxes that we are not to be held responsible for. Payment will not be withdrawn until the order has been packed.
Return & exchange policy
You have the right to regret your purchase within 30 days and then 14 days to return your goods. All returns are on your own expense. Goods can be returned as used - the definition of "used" is regarded as the way it could be used in a regular store before buying. If the product is used then a concrete evaluation of the actual value and whether it can be resold to another buyer must be processed. A potential devaluation of value is not returned to the buyer. No returned broken goods are accepted.
Please mark returns as such to avoid any import/customs charges.

Please wrap and pack very carefully to be sure your returned items are not damaged during shipping.
Warranty
Is something wrong with your product?
Sale of Goods Act shortage rules apply to purchases.
When you shop at www.shop.dynello.com you have the 24-month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I file a complaint?
You must file a complaint regarding a defective item (a product that is unable to be used for its intended function, typically due to shipping damage or a production error) within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defective item is delivered, the claim is timely.
If a complaint of a defect is being submitted the following information is required: a detailed description of the problem, a receipt/invoice number, photographs of the product. More information may be requested at the time.
