Returns and Warranty
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICYYou have the right to cancel your purchase.
The right of cancellation applies for 14 days and the period is calculated from the day you received the goods.
If the last day to use the right of withdrawal is on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, constitution day, December 24 or December 31, the deadline expires on the following working day.
The cancellation deadline is met if you send an email notice that you wish to cancel your purchase to email@example.com before the withdrawal period has expired.
The product must be returned to Dynello IVS no later than 14 days from the date you have informed us that you wish to use the right of cancellation.
The product must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost/carriage of the items to be returned.
WARRANTYAll goods are sold with warranty according to your statutory rights, which apply for the original purchaser only. Any claims on warranty require proof of purchase.
FAULTY GOODSDynello IVS grants a warranty period of 12 months for all goods under the Sale of Goods Act. The warranty means that you can complain about construction defects and deficiencies of the goods within 12 months from the receipt of the goods. Therefore, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear or if a product has been used inappropriately. If you wish to complain about a product, please contact us immediately after you have discovered the error by sending pictures and description to email@example.com
We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we really have fallen short of your expectations, please mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will listen to what you have to say and respond within 14 days.

WARRANTY INFORMATION EXTENDED
Dynello is confident of the quality of its products and offers an outstanding warranty. This statement is in addition to and in no way prejudices your statutory rights. The warranty is valid within the territories of the Member States of the European Union and the European Free Trade Area.
If you experience any problems with a Dynello product, the information below will help you with getting it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
If your Dynello product becomes defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or lack of conformity, within 24 months from the date of purchase, Dynello guarantees to replace defective parts, repair products subjected to fair wear and tear or replace such tool to ensure minimum inconvenience to the customer unless:
- The tool or equipment has been subjected to misuse or neglect;
- The tool or equipment has sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents;
- Repairs have been attempted by persons other than authorised repair agents or Dynello service staff.
OTHER LIMITATIONS IN THE WARRANTY
Normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse or taking apart of the product are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time. Dynello will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply. Shipping charges to Dynello for a defective product are not covered.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To claim on the warranty, you will need to submit proof of purchase to the seller or an authorised repair agent. You can find a list of authorised repair agents below.

- Please contact the chosen authorised repair agent by email and make them aware of the issue. Await answer and, if necessary, go to step 2.
- Send in the item(s) to the chosen authorised repair agent. Remember to mark your name, and return address on the outside of the package. We recommend using a carrier who can provide tracking for your package.
- Please make sure all products, items and necessary parts are attached and packed before sending them in.
- Please do not send checks or cash; you will be contacted via email by the authorised repair agent if there is a charge for your repair.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for your item(s) to be returned to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
Limited Warranty. Dynello, IVS. (“Dynello”), to the original owner (“Owner”), under intended use and maintenance, warrants the enclosed product (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship within 24 months from the date of purchase. No warranty against defects in materials and workmanship will apply if Product is (i) altered in any way, (ii) used for purposes inconsistent with Product’s intended purpose or design, or (iii) improperly maintained. Warranty will furthermore be voided where Owner/user (i) failed to follow Product instructions or warnings or (ii) subjected Product to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
During the warranty period, original Product parts determined by Dynello to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced as Owner’s sole remedy. Dynello reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A returned product deemed irreparable becomes the property of Dynello and will not be returned.
EXCLUDING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, DYNELLO, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, DUTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION.
Warranty Service. To obtain service under this warranty, the warranty-eligible Product must be presented to a Dynello authorized dealer or repair agent.
Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning Product to Dynello for service. Where at its sole discretion Dynello deems Product eligible for warranty repair or replacement, Dynello will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning repaired or replaced Product to Owner. In instances where Dynello deems a returned product ineligible for warranty service, Dynello will, if possible, repair product for a reasonable charge that includes return shipping and handling.
Limitation of Remedies. Should a court of competent jurisdiction find the limited warranty set forth above breached, Dynello’s only obligation will be to, at its option, either repair or replace Product. Should the aforementioned remedy fail of its essential purpose, Dynello will, in exchange for return of Product, refund to Owner Product’s original purchase price. THE FOREGOING REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER AGAINST DYNELLO, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.
Limitation of Liability. Dynello’s, its affiliates’ and their suppliers’ maximum liability is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product. DYNELLO, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT, AND WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
This limited warranty gives Owner specific legal rights; Owner may have additional rights, which may vary state to state.

European Union customer statutory rights are not affected.
