Shipping information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All orders will be shipped via PostNord, GLS, UPS, or a similar freight forwarder.

Once your order is dispatched from Dynello IVS, you will be notified via the email address that you provided during checkout. The notification email is sent from the freight forwarder, for example GLS, and includes details about your unique tracking ID. All packages are sent from Dynello IVS's business address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

All orders placed before 12 pm and if the order is accepted by Dynello IVS will be processed the same working day. All orders placed after 12 pm, on the weekend, or on bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.

Delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on your address.

Products that are sold out of stock will be sent as soon as they are in stock again.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Finland, France, Ireland, United Kingdom.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Depending on your address and type of products the rate will differentiate.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal.

ARE PRICES INCLUDING TAXES AND VAT?

No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (Danish VAT rate: 25%) and exclusive shipping costs.

You can buy products at Dynello's online shop as a private consumer as well as a business customer, therefore are all prices excluding VAT and taxes. Business customers (outside Denmark) can buy VAT free if they have a valid VAT number that can be verified in the VIES database. Any attempt of fraud using a fake or invalid VAT number will be reported to the authorities.

VAT will be added at checkout for private consumers and Danish companies.

For countries outside EU, such as Norway and Switzerland, taxes and duties may apply at import. When applicable, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any relevant fees, taxes, and/or duties in the country of import. Dynello IVS is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by outstanding import taxes.

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

Yes. We use Shopify Payments Gateway for our payments. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. PayPal is a global payment provider and also fully PCI Compliant and has highest level of online security.

IF I AM A BUSINESS CUSTOMER?

You can buy products VAT free at Dynello's online shop as a business customer if you have a valid VAT number that can be verified in the VIES database. You will as a business customer receive a VAT free invoice for your bookkeeping.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Find and select your product and press the button 'Add to cart' to place the product in the cart. At the cart page, press the button 'Go to checkout' and select express payment method or input your details and go to payment using Shopify Payments.

When you have paid your order, you will receive a confirmation with details and your order has been placed.

You can also go directly to payment with PayPal Express Checkout.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. However we urge you to create an account to track your order.

You may need an account at PayPal to use PayPal.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
